Ingredients
Milk Protein Isolate (65%), Low Fat Cocoa Powder (10%) ( Theobroma cacao ), Eggplant Seed Shell Powder ( Plantago ovata ) (6%), Low Milk Powder, L-Gutamine (3.9%) , creatine monohydrate (2.8%), chocolate and vanilla flavorings (containing milk particles), inulin (2%), whole milk powder, xanthan and guar gum thickeners, soy lecithin, sodium chloride, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose.

How to use:
Dissolve 4 measuring spoons of powder (without pile) (or contents of one sachet) (= 40 g) in approximately 350 ml of milk or still water and use shortly after the end of the sporting activity.Stir well before use.
